Size Exchanges

We understand that sizing can be tricky. If you received the wrong size or need a different size of the same item, we are happy to accommodate a one-time size exchange. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at risingsolaceapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Damaged or Altered Items

Any items returned that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage that occurred after delivery will be automatically denied and returned to the sender at their expense. Rising Solace reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.

Chargeback Policy

In the event that a chargeback is filed against Rising Solace, we will immediately dispute it with full documentation submitted to the issuing bank. Rising Solace is not liable for any funds lost as a result of a bank ruling.
